How Does the Birthday Reward Work?
To receive a birthday reward you must be signed up two weeks in advance. Birthday reward is sent out on the Sunday of your birthday week and is good for 30 days. $20 Voucher birthday reward cannot be used as a gift card, once a balance is used in full or partial the reward is no longer active.

Can I Combine Multiple Rewards or Coupons?
No, You cannot combine multiple rewards, coupons, discounts or vouchers. One reward, coupon, discount or voucher is allowed per check.

$25 Holiday Vouchers
If you purchased a holiday voucher during our promotion please keep in mind these are vouchers and cannot be used like a gift card. Once the voucher is used on a full $25 or less than the voucher is considered used and cannot be used further. Please also keep in mind these vouchers must be used within 60 days of purchase. Vouchers expire 60 days after date purchased.

Refer a Friend
In order to successfully receive referral points, your friend must sign up through the link sent to them and use their loyalty account in store at one of our locations.

Rewards Cannot be Used On
You are not able to use your loyalty rewards on select nights such as BOGO Half Off Fish & Chips (Glenview), BOGO Half Off Burgers (Glenview), 50 Cent Wings (Mallory)

How do I Receive Points?
Guests can receive points on food purchases only. Drinks and Alcoholic Beverages will not be included in points or rewards. To start receiving points make sure you give your server your phone number attached to your loyalty account or use the "Click Here for Points" feature on our app and give your server the 3-4 digit code to enter into our system.

My Points Didn't Get Added, How do I get my Points?
Please email us at rgm.loyalty@gmail.com with a photo of your receipt, email address associated with your account and phone number. This information is needed to get your points added. If you no longer have your receipt we are unable to add those points. Please also note that you must send your receipt within 2 weeks to get your points added to your account. Anything after 2 weeks will not be able to be added.

How Does the Loyalty Work?
Guests will receive 1 point for every $1 spent. Once your account gets 100 points a $10 Off $30 reward is automatically added. Guests can receive points on food purchases only. Drinks and Alcoholic Beverages will not be included in points or rewards.

Why is my Gift Card not Showing on my Account?
Gift cards and loyalty are two separate things. You will not be able to see your gift cards on your loyalty account or transaction history. Please click the "Check Gift Card Balance"above to view your gift cards balance. If you have any issues viewing your balance please email us at rgm.loyalty@gmail.com with your order number or gift card registration number.

How Do I Sign Up to be a Loyalty Member?
Please click the "Apple Store" or "Google Play" button above to download or app on your phone or search on your phones App Store "RGM LOYALTY" to sign up!

How do I Find Out About Special Rewards & Promotions?
Make sure you have our loyalty app and check daily for promotions that will be shared on the photo slide. Also make sure you sign up for our loyalty only emails to receive rewards & promotions directly to your email.

Which Locations Can I Use my Loyalty?
You can use your loyalty at Redsauce, Glenview Country Club & Mallory Hill Country Club only!

One Loyalty Account Can be Used Per Guest, We will not allow multiple guests to use the same account. This will flag your account and risk issues.
